There are over 250,000 street children in Kenya. Most are AIDS orphans, all are victims of extreme poverty and abuse. On the streets they are expose to all types of violence, exploitation and criminal activity. They are at great risk of contracting and spreading HIV. They often turn to drugs, like sniffing glue, to forget their suffering.

Emmanuel Center provides street children with a safe home, education, training, drug rehabiltiation and everything else they need to grow up to be healthy and happy adults. That's why our moto is Every Street Kid Deserves a Chance!
